1.Low lunge:

How to Do It:

  • Take your right foot forward and in between your hands.
  • Lower the left knee
  • Keep your right knee over the ankle and move your left knee backward.
  • Flip the top of your left foot to the floor and lift your torso upright.
  • Move your arms out to the sides and up overhead.
  • Drop your tailbone toward the floor and lookup.
  • Hold for a few seconds
  • Release and repeat.

2.Cat Tail

How to Do It:

  • Lay to your left side, with your head supported by your hand.
  • Put your right knee on the ground
  • Reach for your right hand to grasp your left foot.
  • Hold the position on your side, or roll back to obtain a small twist in your back.
  • Hold for sometimes.
  • Repeat for the other (right) side.

3.Boat

How to Do It:

  • Sit down with your back straight and legs together.
  • Now, bend your knees or put your feet on the ground.
  • Level up by aligning your legs straight and lifting your arms.
  • Hold for sometimes then release.

4.Cobbler

How to Do It:

  • It is the easiest yet effective. Start by joining the soles of your feet to touch each other.
  • Incline forward.
  • Stretch your inner thighs.
  • Hold for sometimes.
  • Release.

5.Bridge

How to Do It:

  • Lay down backward.
  • Bend your legs to make a 90-degrees with each other.
  • Stay put, keeping your feet flat on the ground.
  • Align in a straight line from shoulder to knees once you have lifted yourself off the floor, by hip,
  • Hold the position for 10 seconds.
  • Repeat.
